Gynaecological Cancer

We provide each gynaecological cancer patient with a comprehensive treatment from diagnosis to cure, which involves implementing an early detection programme, treating the primary and relapsing disease (surgery, anti-blastic treatment and radiotherapy), and oncological monitoring (including palliative care).

We also excel at radical pelvic surgeries (vulvectomies, vaginectomies, debulking, complete surgical staging), ultra-radical surgeries (partial and total pelvic exenteration), reconstructive surgery, breast surgery (including the sentinel lymph node), endoscopic surgery or primary and relapsing genital prolapse surgery.

Tumours

Our gynaecological oncology team specialises in laparotomy and laparoscopy surgery to operate on lesions. This includes areas such as breast, ovarian, fallopian tube, cervical, endometrial, myometrial, vulvar, vaginal and peritoneum tumour treatments. Colposcopies, hysteroscopies and the CUSA technique are also performed.

We have a CO2 laser for maximum precision in incisions and minimal blood. We are specialists in total pelvic surgeries with removed organ reconstruction, modified radical hysterectomies by laparoscopy and vaginal hysterectomies assisted by laparoscopy, primary and secondary debulking, simple and radical mastectomies and removal of the sentinel lymph node in breast tumours.

Also, in simple and radical vulvectomies with the vulvar sentinel lymph node, radical vaginectomies, vulva-vaginal and perianal reconstructions and panniculectomies in cases of morbid obesity to be able to perform correct oncological surgery.
