Healthcare Abroad operates in the Republic of Ireland. This site is intended for the exclusive use of residents of the Republic of Ireland. Healthcare Abroad makes no representation that the materials on the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Access to the content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries outside of the Republic of Ireland. If you access this site from outside the Republic of Ireland, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes and Applicable Law.

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the internal substantive laws of the country where Healthcare Abroad (Your Healthcare Abroad Limited) is registered, without resort to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use. You expressly agree that the Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim with Healthcare Abroad, or any dispute or claim relating to or arising out of your use of this site or any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

Entire Agreement

Except as expressly provided in a particular “legal notice” on this site, these Terms of Use, Privacy and Cookie Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Healthcare Abroad with respect to the use of this site, and content.

Healthcare Abroad may modify these Terms of Use at any time without notice to you. Healthcare Abroad may terminate these Terms of Use, terminate your access to all or part of the site, or suspend any user’s access to all or part of the site, at any time, without notice to you, if it believes, in its sole judgment, that you have breached or may breach any term or condition of these Terms of Use, or for its convenience. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials received from the site and ceasing to use the site.

Terms of Services

Healthcare Abroad Services are offered free of charge to our patients that decide to use our service, however, they are provided at the discretion of Healthcare Abroad staff. Any patient wishing to use our free service accepts that they must book their accommodation through Healthcare Abroad. Flight dates and times must be coordinated with Healthcare Abroad staff prior to booking the flights, to ensure we have the necessary resources available.

Healthcare abroad maintains the rights to withdraw any or all services offered to any individual, at any time, for any reason. Users of Healthcare Abroad services accept that they have no legal recourse if services are withdrawn. Healthcare Abroad staff have a zero tolerance policy for abusive or intimidating behaviour, either verbal or physical, towards our staff or colleagues in our partner facilities.

Patient may be liable to pay any GP fees accrued if they decide not to travel.

We work with some third parties to use and handle your data in order to ensure a smooth and efficient process. These third parties include but are not limited to: Trust pilot for reviews after travelling, Zed Doctor in order to send and receive medical images, Affidea and Alliance in order to request scans and Our network of hotels.

If you require third party services such as dietitian or psychological support we will also refer you to those services.
