Billy Henshaw has been suffering with bunions for years. This is his story: “I have a very active work life. But I’ve had problems with a bunion on my left foot for six years and it has been really sore for the past year or so. “I checked out Kingsbridge in Belfast for an operation and I wasn’t too impressed with them to be honest. I then contacted another company out in Spain and they were very aggressive and pushy.

“Thankfully a friend of mine John Burke had been with Healthcare Abroad to Denia for surgery so it was a no-brainer after that. He was glowing about the hospital and the staff. “The whole service, the drivers were incredible. Even in the evenings Scott was always around to take patients or relatives to the hospital and back or into the town for a meal. “I had tried to get fixed at home but I couldn’t. Going to Spain with Healthcare Abroad was the right decision. After a kickabout with my son I would be in a heap; so I’m looking forward to recovery and doing that again. “I would say to anyone suffering in pain to get on to Healthcare Abroad.
