Hospital da Luz Coimbra is the largest private hospital unit in this region and a reference in the provision of integrated and specialized health care.

Previously Idealmed – Hospital Unit of Coimbra, this hospital was acquired by the Luz Saúde Group in March 2018 and was renamed Hospital da Luz Coimbra, assuming the model of clinical governance and quality requirement that are the brand of the Hospital da Luz Network.

With the Hospital da Luz Coimbra, the Hospital da Luz network strengthened its care capacity in the center of the country.
