‘It’s a win-win, and everyone in Ireland should know about this!” said Willie Redmond from Dublin right after his successful knee operation at HCB Denia through Healthcare Abroad. This was the second time Willie worked with us, having previously come over for gastric surgery. “My arthritis in my knee had been getting worse and worse in the last two years, and I was told by the consultant I would need to lose weight before I could even get on a surgery list. Once I lost the weight and found out how long the surgery wait would be, I reached out to Healthcare Abroad again, and here I am, recovering in the sunshine.”

“My surgeon Dr. Henkel was great. The nurses are very caring, and with the post-op physio I feel like my knee will be good as new soon. Everything is fantastic with the service, and even if you come over alone, you are guaranteed to make friends. You are so well looked after by the Healthcare Abroad team you will never feel like you are on your own. The drivers are so helpful and friendly. One of them, Sean, has a music duo who entertained us all one night and is a fantastic singer. The hotel rooms are grand and spacious.”
