“Back in February 2024, I injured my ankle badly. I thought I was healing, then one day in October, my knee completely collapsed. From that moment, I lost all stability. I was falling constantly, stuck in the house, couldn’t drive properly, couldn’t play with my granddaughter, or even cook a proper meal. My family life suffered. I was in constant pain and on daily medication. After my MRI, the news wasn’t good. I was devastated and it affected my mental health fairly heavily.”

Update After Returning Home
Im doing well, healing and improving every day thank god. No complaints at all. I have had my GP refer me for physio here but waiting on that and will put my own private ones in with it also. I Can look forward to getting back to work and having a quality of life back that has been absent for quite some time. Just trying to be patient with myself and remember to walk before I can run. Healthcare abroad really did sound too good to be true….but it was my lifesaver.
